The crushed material has a particle size sufficient for its effective drying and then use in briquetting.
At the request of the customer, it is also possible to directly grind to the chip structure required for the manufacture of pellets - from chips to the particle size required for the manufacture of pellets in one grinding process.
Wet material mills are capable of delivering capacities up to 140 bulk m/h depending on the purpose of use, motorization, type and moisture content of the material. They are able to produce efficient and productive shredding of sawmill residues.
Due to the fact that wet material mills are able to produce, when grinding, the structure of the material optimally suited for drying it, when using a belt dryer, you can achieve significant energy savings.
Hummer mill for the wet chip
For the processing and chipping of wood chips, we recommend the Rudnick & Enners wet chip mill. The processed raw materials are used, for example, as an input material for the production of pellets or briquettes.
Chipping occurs with the help of horizontally arranged hammers moving at high speed, what provides a fraction of the target size at the outlet.
Due to a special machine design, it is possible to directly create a chip structure for pelletizing in one processing step.
Customized system solutions ensure an optimal and efficient processing.

BENEFITS
- The size of the crushed particles required for the manufacture of pallet blocks can vary in the required range.
- Thanks to the development of a system of interaction between impact and counter-impact grinding, wet material mills can do without an additional air extraction system.
- Individually adapted solutions ensure the most efficient preparation of raw materials.
