Wet material mills are capable of delivering capacities up to 140 bulk m/h depending on the purpose of use, motorization, type and moisture content of the material. They are able to produce efficient and productive shredding of sawmill residues.
Due to the fact that wet material mills are able to produce, when grinding, the structure of the material optimally suited for drying it, when using a belt dryer, you can achieve significant energy savings.

For the processing and chipping of wood chips, we recommend the Rudnick & Enners wet chip mill. The processed raw materials are used, for example, as an input material for the production of pellets or briquettes.
Chipping occurs with the help of horizontally arranged hammers moving at high speed, what provides a fraction of the target size at the outlet.
Due to a special machine design, it is possible to directly create a chip structure for pelletizing in one processing step.

In February 2021, our team developed and installed a full-cycle briquetting line. The company has a lot of sawdust and different wood waste in different fractions. In order to achieve an even mass of timber for briquetting by packing briquettes on pallets, only a vibrating table, vibrating conveyors, chipper, several hoppers, a hammer mill, 2 RUF briquetting presses and a Strojplast packing machine are installed. Briquetting line capacity 1.4t / hour.
