RE-KBT compact belt drying units are designed in cooperation with the Swiss company SWISS COMBI W. Kunz dryTec AG and have proven themselves in different branches.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
The general belt drying units conception guarantee their energy efficiency. The total energy consumption is insignificant. Thanks to the fact that the process proceeds at low temperatures the following components can be used as a source of thermal energy:
- hot water from cogeneration units
- saturated steam
Operation ease is provided by the electronic control system.
MODULAR DESIGN
The design designed on the basis of 4-meter modules eases the drying unit transportation and its assembly at the installation place. By production expansion can be installed additional modules.
CONTROL SYSTEM
Intelligent control system on PLC base allows to ensure an uninterrupted operating process which is coordinated with all important current parameters.
MOISTURE CONTENT OF THE DRIED MATERIAL
When drying sawdust for subsequent granulation, the moisture content of the dry material should be 10%. Belt dryers from Rudnick & Enners provide a residual moisture content of the dried material in a narrow range of +/- 1%.
