Bulk conveyors
The bulk conveyors are used for the smooth transport of bulk, non-abrasive materials. In the woodworking industry, these conveyors are mainly designed to transport sawdust or wood chips. Thanks to the modular system, conveyors can be assembled according to specific spatial conditions. Photos are indicative.
Transportation of material is provided by the holders fixed on a chain. Based on the type of material and the shape of the conveyor, the type of conveyor is selected, which can be BOTTOM or UPPER filling of material. The maximum length of one conveyor is limited to approximately 22 meters. Conveyors are characterized by low noise level and minimal requirements for operation and maintenance.
The bulk conveyors can be combined with other general waste processing equipment. Particularly suitable are machines for cutting wood, sorting and storing wood fractions or other conveyors from another offer of SG strojírna s.r.o.

In July 2022, a chain conveyor was installed for a Latvian company, consisting of two conveyors with separate drives. Drive: electric motor - reducer mounted directly on the conveyor frame. A 90-degree chain conveyor with a straight section (length 9 meters) was attached to an existing production line. Estimated load of the conveyor - up to 1000 kg of simultaneous presence of the product on the line.

In February 2021, our team developed and installed a full-cycle briquetting line. The company has a lot of sawdust and different wood waste in different fractions. In order to achieve an even mass of timber for briquetting by packing briquettes on pallets, only a vibrating table, vibrating conveyors, chipper, several hoppers, a hammer mill, 2 RUF briquetting presses and a Strojplast packing machine are installed. Briquetting line capacity 1.4t / hour.

This time we visited neighboring Lithuania, where in July 2019 we installed a RUF Lignum R6 briquetting system and an Airless packaging machine from Strojplast. In total, these capacities produce approximately 950-970 kg / h of briquettes, which means one pallet of briquettes per hour and about 23 tons per day.
