For the servicing of more than 300 of equipment pieces installed in the Baltic countries RMP Company has formed a strong service team.

For ensuring that our partners avoided financial losses due to downtime equipment, we have provided:

Equipment assambly and introduction into service

Qualitative equipment assembly and its introduction into service are the uninterrupted operation guarantee and the equipment finishing costs reduction at a later time.

For the correct equipment assembly ensuring, optimal operational settings and detailed training of operators to be the equipment introduction into service is conducted by RMP specialists. In most cases the equipment warranty period starts from the moment of its accepting by the customer after the applied launch and the operator's training course.

Warranty maintenance

Customer satisfaction has always been our top priority. We take your individual requirements into account at the design and construction stages.

Our experienced service team offers warranty work and support throughout the life of the machine. We personally take care of maintenance, repair, modernization and ensure perfect operation of the equipment.

Diagnostics

Timely diagnostic work allows the machine to operate for much longer, without accidents and unplanned shutdowns. But there are situations when the machine stops working properly.

Our experts will work professionally to identify and repair defects.

Spare parts supply

Prompt supply of spare and quick-wear parts is as a rule carried out to the customer door from a warehouse in Riga or if it is necessary from a manufacturer warehouse in Germany.

Material testing

For the equipment selection that optimal suites the customer request we conduct tests with the customer material. The material testing is conducting free of charge on the basis in Riga or if it is necessary at the manufacturer's plant in Germany.

After the test conducting samples of the received products and a detailed report will be sent to you. By request the material testing can be conducted in your presence.

Automatic line of packaging equipment in Tallinn

Automatic line of packaging equipment in Tallinn

In July 2023, our specialists implemented a project to install an automatic packaging line at a woodworking company in Tallinn, Estonia.
The line carries out automatic selection of briquettes from 3 RUF briquetting presses, their transportation to the grouper, formation of a group of 12 rectangular briquettes, wrapping the prepared group in shrink film, passing the package through a thermal tunnel and a cooling station. The line is equipped with emergency exit, leaflet feeder, briquette flow control and safety sensors. As a result, the line capacity has increased to 240 packs per hour.
Our specialists have successfully carried out high-quality installation and commissioning of all the above equipment.

Briquetting line in Ropaži region

In December 2022, our specialists successfully installed a briquetting line for a Latvian woodworking company in the Ropaži region. The line consists of RUF briquetting systems, transport and control systems. The project included the following stages of installation work: dismantling of old equipment, installation of a scraper conveyor and feeder screws, setting up 5 presses for new positions, installation of flexible connections between nodes, laying cable routes, power supply, piping of electronics, installation of raw materials removal, installation of chutes and packing table, as well as the installation of the operator's platform.

RUF Lignum R6 in Jelgava region

In September 2022, our specialists successfully installed 2 new RUF Lignum R6 briquetting presses for a Latvian woodworking company in the Jelgava region. The company has already been involved in recycling and briquette production, and now decided to replace the previous generation of RUF presses with new ones in order to increase productivity and reduce energy costs. Improvements to the Lignum R6 hydraulic motors have increased equipment efficiency by 25%.

The total production capacity is about 1500 kg/h. They can produce about 36 tons of briquettes per day. Raw materials - alder and oak shavings.

From idea to finished product! RMP designs and manufactures non-standard equipment adapted to the needs of the customer.

In July 2022, a chain conveyor was installed for a Latvian company, consisting of two conveyors with separate drives. Drive: electric motor - reducer mounted directly on the conveyor frame. A 90-degree chain conveyor with a straight section (length 9 meters) was attached to an existing production line. Estimated load of the conveyor - up to 1000 kg of simultaneous presence of the product on the line.

In February 2022, our specialists successfully launched 2 new RUF Lignum R6 briquetting presses for a Latvian woodworking company in Kuldiga.The latest technology of RUF briquetting presses makes it possible to produce high-quality briquettes of the same size and weight from different raw material fractions.Improvements to the Lignum R6 hydraulic motors have increased equipment efficiency by 25%. This is one of the biggest advantages of the R-series - lower power consumption per unit of power. The raw material is pine shavings.

In December 2021, our specialists successfully installed and launched 2 new RUF Lignum R6 briquetting presses together with an Airless sleeve wrappers packaging machine from Strojplast for a Latvian woodworking company in Jekabpils. The company was already involved in the production of briquettes and decided to replace the previous generation of RUF presses with new ones.

From waste to packaged briquettes

In February 2021, our team developed and installed a full-cycle briquetting line. The company has a lot of sawdust and different wood waste in different fractions. In order to achieve an even mass of timber for briquetting by packing briquettes on pallets, only a vibrating table, vibrating conveyors, chipper, several hoppers, a hammer mill, 2 RUF briquetting presses and a Strojplast packing machine are installed. Briquetting line capacity 1.4t / hour.

In August 2019, we installed a new RUF Lignum R6 briquetting press for a Belarusian company already engaged in briquette production. The company replaced the previous-generation RUF press with the new one to increase productivity but reduce electricity costs. The further improvement of the hydraulic system of the Lignum R has led to an efficiency increase of around 25%. This is one of the biggest benefits - less power consumption per capacity.

Solution for a briquette manufacturer in Lithuania

This time we visited neighboring Lithuania, where in July 2019 we installed a RUF Lignum R6 briquetting system and an Airless packaging machine from Strojplast. In total, these capacities produce approximately 950-970 kg / h of briquettes, which means one pallet of briquettes per hour and about 23 tons per day.

In July we installed two RUF Lignum R6 presses with a total capacity of around 1500 kg/h. They can produce about 36 tons of briquettes per day. The entrepreneur admits that this is a great way to solve the problem of leftover furniture production. Most of the briquettes are exported.
