Coolants and oils filtration system

The content of coolants and oils machine work wastes, such as grinding swarf can attain 50%. Collection of liquids in the process of waste recycling, their subsequent filtration and return reduce the recycling costs and operating costs in general. Coolants, which have lost their useful properties, must be reclaimed. The coolants recycling deposition is an expensive procedure. For reduction of water-containing liquids (by 95-97%) are used evaporators. The liquid separation is attained by the water part evaporation and conversion of other substances into a concentrate. The steam return is reached in the form of pure water, which henceforth is returned to the production process.

The filtration method and filtration models are selected depending on the production conditions and solvable tasks.

RUF Lignum R6 and RUF Lignum R4 in Belarus

RUF Lignum R6 and RUF Lignum R4 in Belarus

In August of this year, we installed two new briquetting presses in Belarus - RUF Lignum R6 and RUF Lignum R4. he further improvement of the hydraulic system of the Lignum R has led to an efficiency increase of around 25%. The company recycles plywood chips by producing briquettes with a total output of over 1200 kg/hour, Lignum R6 - 670 kg/h and Lignum R4 - 575 kg/h.

RUF 500 un Strojplast

RUF 500 un Strojplast

In July 2018, SIA RMP installed a new briquetting press RUF 500 in a Latvian wood processing company with an additional bunker, which split the material between two presses, and a conveyor belt and the Strojplast packing machine. In order to interact with all the equipment, it was necessary to install modern control panels to inform about the operation of each machine and warning about a errors.

FAQ

1

What kind of work do you do?

RMP provides the project design works conducting, equipment supply its assembly and adjustment, personnel training, warranty and post-warranty equipment servicing.

2

Do you provide service and spare parts sales?

Yes, we have a technical department that provides these services.

3

How long does it take for the purchase of a briquetting press to pay for itself?

Amortisation periods can be less than three years, in certain cases even less than 1 year. However, the amortisation period depends on the material to be made into briquettes and the quantity. Thanks to the reduction in volume, costs for transport, storage and handling are cut. The amortisation period can be further reduced through the sale of the briquettes and the recovery of coolants.

4

Can we be present at the pressing test?

At your request, you can be present at the test pressing in Technical Centre and you can get advice from our experts. Furthermore, you will receive a detailed pressing report and will be given the briquettes made during the test pressing.

5

Can I attend a test pressing?

Trial pressing is carried out free of charge and without any obligation on your part in our Technical Center using your own material. If you wish, you can attend the test press.

6

What are the advantages of sawdust/shavings/dust briquetting?

There are several advantages: reduction in the volume of production waste, savings on waste disposal, savings on fines from environmentalists for the removal of sawdust / wood chips / dust, the ability to sell briquettes to the domestic market / export.

7

What equipment, in addition to the press, should be purchased?

To prepare the briquetting zone, it is necessary to consider how to transport raw materials from the point of waste generation to the briquetting press. To do this, you will need screws, an operational batcher and possibly additional equipment: this is determined after visiting and inspecting the zone.

8

What is the payback period?

Many factors are taken into account here: the volume of waste in production, its humidity. It will depend on this whether a line for preparing wet raw materials is needed or whether a briquetting zone is needed from dry. Approximate terms - from 0,5 year to 5 years.
