RMP Technical Department Expansion

In connection with the expansion of the technical department and the increase in efficiency standards, we have made a number of changes:

• Service engineer Aleksandrs Ostashevskys has been assigned a new phone number: +(371) 25 414 103 - please contact us regarding spare parts orders.
• A single e-mail address has been created for submitting service requests: serviss@rmp.lv.
• We have developed a short RUF manual (you can download it here - https://rmp.lv/materials/dokumenti/), which describes the daily work of a press operator, technical nuances and solutions for the warranty period, a description of the consequences of non-fulfillment, and a work schedule. We hope that this material will help customers in their daily work.
• To assess customer satisfaction, it is important for us to identify possible shortcomings so that we can eliminate them.
