Implementation of innovative packaging solutions
The best way to process dry waste from sawmills and woodworking enterprises is their briquetting. RUF briquettes are known and in high demand both within the country and in foreign markets. However, with an increase in the number of stand-alone or paired presses installed with packaging areas, the need for the number of workers who still need to be found and attracted to the enterprise increases significantly. We should also not forget that with a large amount of manual labor, not only does the wage fund grow unreasonably, but also the output per worker decreases, which is due to the inevitable overlapping of unforced downtime during manual packaging and stacking of briquettes on pallets and the subsequent formation of a queue when moving the finished product. products to the warehouse.
To solve this problem, RMP specialists, in cooperation with Strojplast engineers, developed and launched the first production line in Tallinn for the automated industrial production of fuel briquettes.
Briquetting is carried out on an automatic line, which is based on 3 RUF presses installed in parallel. The presses can work independently of each other, allowing you to effectively change the productivity of the site depending on the amount of incoming waste. Formed briquettes are transported along the conveyor to the Strojplast packaging machine, where they are packed and sealed in polyethylene film. In each finished package - 12 briquettes with a total weight of 10 kg. The production process is built in the form of conveyor production.
The development of a separate engineering solution, an integrated line for transporting, packing and laying briquettes, has significantly reduced the need for personnel and increased the productivity of the site. The line combines all installed presses, has a margin of productivity, operates around the clock and produces 240 bags per hour.
Line design, installation, equipment commissioning, and operator training were carried out by RMP. It should be noted that our company is constantly expanding its areas of activity and in the event of a subsequent increase in production, it will be able not only to supply and put into operation additional RUF presses, but also to equip the enterprise with high-tech equipment for wood chipping, to offer the design and supply of complex aspiration systems.
The solutions offered by RMP have already helped many enterprises overcome problems with the disposal of industrial waste through the release of relevant products, and all areas of biofuel production have been designed taking into account the individual characteristics and needs of specific enterprises.
