Operating RUF briquetting systems becomes more cost-effective when regular scheduled maintenance is performed by RMP specialists. Scheduled maintenance helps reduce unexpected breakdowns and emergency downtime.

To ensure uninterrupted operation of your equipment, we offer participation in the Non Stop service program for RUF briquetting systems.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE NON STOP PROGRAM?

• Visits by certified engineers, who have completed training at the RUF factory in Germany

• Scheduled maintenance 1-2 in a year, depending on operating hours: bolt retightening, filter replacement, cylinder seal replacement, hydraulic hose replacement, oil change (oil supplied by the client)

• Visual inspection and completion of a checklist

• Diagnostics of worn components and parts

• Adjustment of settings

• Detailed report on performed work with recommendations for further equipment maintenance
