RUF Formika briquetting press

The compact RUF Formika briquetting press, which has expanded the RUF Maschinenbau portfolio, is a new briquetting system designed for the metalworking industry. Configured for small chip volumes, it frees up storage space and simplifies logistics, making it an attractive investment for manufacturing companies.

CHIPS AND BRIQUETTES
This system briquettes wet or dry chips up to 30–50 mm in length. The press is specially designed for aluminum and steel, but it can also briquette stainless steels. The liquid fractions are separated, collected and pumped in-line. Briquette densities of up to 2 kg/l for aluminum and 5 kg/l for steel can be achieved. We always recommend testing the customer’s material. The height and capacity of the hopper can be customized, as can the length of the briquette chute. An electrical cabinet is included as standard.
