Challenge

To modernize the existing briquetting facility, where three previous-generation briquetting presses had been in operation, increasing production efficiency and improving the level of automation.

Solution

As part of the project, a modern RUF briquetting system was installed, including:

RUF Lignum R6 briquetting press;
Dust extraction kit;
Inspection door.

System features

Capacity of up to 847 briquettes per hour;
High energy efficiency thanks to the innovative RUF hydraulic system;
Fully automatic 24/7 operation;
Long service life;
Low maintenance and operating costs.

The project was delivered on a turnkey basis by RMP specialists, including engineering, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and operator training.

Result

Following the installation of the new system, the company significantly improved the efficiency of processing wood residues into high-quality fuel briquettes for commercial sale. The modern briquetting system reduces operating costs, increases production capacity, and ensures a stable, continuous manufacturing process.
