Challenge

To expand the existing briquetting section, where three briquetting presses had previously been in operation, and increase the overall production capacity.

Solution

As part of the project, a modern RUF Lignum R6 briquetting system was installed, enabling the company to expand its existing production capacity and improve the efficiency of the briquetting process.

System features

New press output of up to 847 briquettes per hour;
Specific pressure of 1711 kg/cm²;
High energy efficiency thanks to the innovative RUF hydraulic system;
Capability for fully automated 24/7 operation;
Long equipment service life;
Low maintenance and operating costs.

RMP specialists provided the equipment supply, installation, commissioning and personnel training on a turnkey basis.

Result

The installation of the new RUF Lignum R6 briquetting press increased the overall briquetting production capacity by 39% — from 2,174 to 3,021 briquettes per hour. The additional production capacity allows the company to increase its output and use the available raw materials more efficiently.
