Drum chippers are robust, high performance, high capacity machines that are used for processing and recycling of wood waste from wood working plants or sawmill productions. The wood waste chippers process hard wood or soft wood. Long pieces of wood waste process high quality chips. Quality of final chips are influenced by the state of tools in the chipper as well ase quality and type of processed wood.

Processed chips are suitable in paper industry, for MDF board production, for burning or for production of briquettes or pellets. The machines are stable and easy to operate. The machine’s overloading is electronically controlled.

RMP provides the project design works conducting, equipment supply its assembly and adjustment, personnel training, warranty and post-warranty equipment servicing.

Can we be present at the pressing test?

At your request, you can be present at the test pressing in Technical Centre and you can get advice from our experts. Furthermore, you will receive a detailed pressing report and will be given the briquettes made during the test pressing.

Is pallet shredding possible?

Yes, this technology exists.

Is there a complete grinding solution?

Yes, some of our suppliers offer a complete solution, the cost depends on the technical task or on the required performance

Which chipper model is suitable for my chips?

The model of the grinder is selected depending on the material, volume, mode of operation.

How to load shavings into the shredder hopper?

Grab, loader, special hoist for chip carts.

How is the crushed material unloaded from the grinder?

As a rule, the chipper is mounted on a base frame, under which a chip cart or conveyor can be placed.
