Common characteristics:
- electronically controlled electro-magnet assisted sealing time enables repeated quality of the seal;
- controlled dwell time of the sealing bar to cool the seal enables use of many different types of film;
- auto clean function: sealing bar is heated in between sealing cycles to clean sealing bar of the possible remains of the film;
- cooling system of the sealing bar with increased surface of aluminum frame (without coolant liquid!) guarantees high durability and low cost of maintenance throughout the entire life-cycle of the machine;
- sealing bar equipped with safety sensor for high operator security;
- easy replacement of PTFE sealing support reduces time and costs of regular maintenance;
- stageless speed adjustment of transporting conveyor for optimal packaging of different types of products;
- easy and quick change of film reels;
- PTFE-coated (teflon) sealing support designed to last longer for reduced costs of maintenance;
- sealing triggered manually or with foot switch;
- optional installation of winding of scrap film.
