Advanced training at the C.F.Nielsen factory

RMP focuses on a high level of technical equipment and qualifications of employees, constantly investing in the development of its own service department.

In February 2023, projects manager Evgeny Chirko visited C.F. Nielsen - a long-term partner of RMP, in order to increase the level of theoretical knowledge, improve practical skills and abilities. In the process of advanced training, the electrical and mechanical components of the equipment, all the nuances of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting were studied.

The Danish company C.F.Nielsen has over 120 years of history in the production of mechanical briquetting systems. In 2018, the company merged with the German manufacturer of hydraulic equipment RUF and today they are the world leaders in the industrial briquetting of wood and metal.

C.F.Nielsen offers customized solutions for high capacity briquetting from 150 kg to 3000 kg/h. The briquetting line can be equipped with a semi-automatic or automatic packaging line. The briquetting line is suitable for a wide range of raw materials, however, the best performance is achieved using clean, homogeneous softwood and hardwood. The moisture level of the raw materials should be within 8-12%, and the particle size should be up to 15x3x2 mm.
