Biggest contract in RMP history

RMP has signed a contract for the supply of equipment for a large woodworking company worth more than 1 million euros.

The contract includes the supply of new production lines for organizing the briquetting process with an automatic packaging and palletizing system, as well as services related to delivery, installation, production start-up and staff training.

The production capacity of the new briquetting line will be 3.6 tons per hour and will be the largest automated line in the Baltic States.

“This order is a testament to RMP's competence as a supplier of complex projects: all critical components and systems will be supplied and subsequently supported by us. The customer preferred to have one partner in the contract for the supply of the entire volume of equipment. This, as well as the fact that the customer appreciates the reliability of the equipment, its performance, as well as the stable and long-term position of our company in the market, made it possible for us to receive this order,” says Elena Kozmenkova, Chairman of the Board of RMP.

The equipment will be delivered to the enterprise in the spring of 2023, and the start of production is scheduled in the 2024. The equipment for the briquetting system will be designed and manufactured at the RUF company in Germany, and the packaging equipment and palletizing system at the Strojplast company in Slovenia.

RMP's full service concept includes technology services ranging from the supply of spare parts to regular maintenance and equipment upgrades.

The volume of the order testifies to the leading position of RMP in the field of modern technologies and the entire process of briquette production, as well as significant increase in the production capacity of woodworking enterprises.
